You need to pay a visit at the District Education Office (DEO) to collect the form.
[Please take note the forms are available in the month of APRIL and MAY]
After submitting the form , if we get the order from the DEO ‘s office for the confirmation of your child ‘s admission your child will be enrolled in our school.
